Dear parents/guardians,
Our annual Jessie Mary Reinhart Track Meet will take place on May 2, 2023. The elementary school will be in charge of the concession stand and 100% of the proceeds will go back to the elementary school. This money is used for various materials and activities we need throughout the school year.
This year we will be taking monetary donations to help supply the food/drinks for the concession stand. If you would like to donate, please send your donation in an envelope marked Track Meet to school with your child.
We would also love some help in the concession stand this year! If you would be able to help work a shift, please return the bottom portion of this form to the office. (It will be no problem for volunteers to pop out and watch their child’s event during the shift)
