It's Senior Night!! We will be recognizing our Senior Cheerleaders and Football Players tonight at 6:30pm! It's also Fan Night, everyone will get in free thanks to AEC. Come out and support the Chiefs!
With basketball season starting we have updated the after hours use of the High School Gym. On Sundays our Younger Chiefs will be using the gym to practice for Rec League. Cherokee Elementary Rec League teams that would like to practice on Sundays need to contact Mr. Pruett to reserve your time.

The 5/6 Grade Basketball bus will be back in Cherokee at 8:30pm.
The 5/6 Grade Basketball game is in Deer Creek at 5pm. We just received this information, we apologize for the late notice.
As we transition into the 2023-2024 basketball season, there are some key changes coming to the game we all love. Here's what you need to know:
🏀 No more 1-1 free throws
🏀 The bonus will always be 2 shots
🏀 Bonus begins at 5 team fouls
🏀 Team fouls will reset each quarter
🏀 The scoreboard will show a max of 5 fouls per quarter
This rule change comes from NFHS for safety reasons and is designed to enhance the flow of the game. Learn more about this change at https://5il.co/286nz
