Weekly Activities for February 22 - 25.


There will be a mandatory high school cheer meeting followed by instruction on Tuesday, February 22 after school instead of Wednesday, February 23. The meeting will take place in the HS Gym.

Cherokee Public Schools is excited to announce we have received funding to provide a FREE after school program for kindergarten through 5th grade students. This program will offer homework help from teachers, fun learning activities for each grade level, art activities, exercise, snack, and occasional field trips. We are super excited to be able to offer this program for our community free of charge. Please fill out the form below if you are interested in your child/children attending.
UPDATE: The program will start in March 2022 and will be Monday - Thursday from 3:10 to 5:30pm on days school is in session.

We will be taking 5/6 Grade, JH & HS Basketball pictures and 5/6 Grade & HS Cheer pictures tomorrow. Pictures will start at 8:15am!! Please remind students to bring their uniforms to school!

Basketball Update: The Regional Basketball game scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed to Friday. The Chiefs will play at 3pm on Friday in Garber. Games will be played on Friday, Saturday and Monday.


Cherokee Public Schools will be having a remote learning day tomorrow on Thursday, February 17th due to inclement weather. Assignments were sent home with all Elementary students today in anticipation of this. Junior High and High School students will need to access their google classrooms to complete their remote assignments. Please email your student's teacher if you have any questions. We hope to be back in school on Friday, February 18th!

On Friday morning we will take Basketball pictures for 5/6 Grade, JH & HS Teams. We will also take 5/6 and HS Cheer pictures. Please remind students to bring their uniforms to school on Friday!
