The Homecoming Parade will start at 2pm today. All floats will start at the old AEC building. If your student is riding on a float please have them there by 1:40-1:45! The Homecoming Pep Rally will be at 3:30pm at the Football Field. Coronation will be at 6:30pm and the game will start at 7:00pm. All events will be streamed via the skordle app.
Just a reminder - We will release school tomorrow at 12:45pm. The Homecoming Parade will start at 2pm.
The cold weather is on its way! It is important that we work together to make sure students are prepared. Elementary students will go outside for recess as long as the wind chill is above 32 degrees. We encourage you to remind students to dress warmly including coats, gloves, hats and appropriate footwear!!

Cherokee Families,
We have had a student at Cherokee Middle School test positive for COVID-19. We have identified 5 students who were in close contact and will begin immediate quarantine. Every parent of a child who came into close contact has been personally notified. If you did not receive a phone call your child did not come into close contact with this individual. All of our quarantine procedures and contact tracing are guided by the State and County Health Department.
