On Monday, March 6th, we will begin our Pie in the Face Fundraiser. This fundraiser will benefit Books for All!
How it will work: Collection jars will be set out in the Cafeteria each morning. If students have money they would like to donate, they will put their donations in the containers as they arrive at school.
There will be a collection jar for Mrs Patterson, Ms Amantha & Mrs Cudmore! Students will place their donations in the jar(s) of the person that they want to see get a pie in the face.
The fundraiser will end on Thursday March 9!

Dear Cherokee Chief Families,
At approximately 7:30am this morning there was an accident involving one of our
school buses. Both students and the bus driver were unharmed. Parents of the
students have been contacted and were checked at the scene and released. We are
extremely grateful that no one was injured in this accident. If your student’s bus was not
there to pick up your child this morning and you did not receive a call, I sincerely
apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We did our best to get a
second bus on the road as quickly as we could to get students picked up in a timely
manner. Again, we are so grateful no one was injured in this accident.
Sincerely,
Bryce Schanbacher
Superintendent

In August, Mrs. Cudmore shared that she knew all of the presidents in order and that she wanted to see if all of the 2nd-4th graders could learn them as well. They worked on them 5 at a time and learned all 46 presidents of the United States! Such a great accomplishment! Enjoy! 🇺🇸
